This project involved extensive alterations and additions. Successfully completed on time and within budget, it’s a great example of delivering on our promise of quality work.
Cobb & Co Fitout at Dunedin Railway Station
2018
Steve Mowat was awarded the contract from the DCC to construct the exterior deck and undertake the landlord work to make the building ready for the Cobb & Co fitout. This project required working on a Category 1 listed building with very stringent resource consent conditions.
